Our Dutch heritage has affected our culture in ways we may not be aware of. Many foods we consider quintessentially American, may in fact be Dutch. Pancakes and Apple Pie among them! We’ll be sharing more recipes and cooking customs from the Colonial Dutch era here. For starters, Dutch Feast, authored by Emily Wright shares many historical recipes and their unique history.
